Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt: Dinner and a Movie

If it’s a big Hollywood event with lots of publicity, you can bet Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt aren’t far away.  And last night the “Hills” lovers were hamming it up at the Los Angeles premiere of “Max Payne.”

The peroxide pair worked it on the red carpet outside Mann’s Grauman Chinese Theater, with Heidi wearing a grey dress, black cardigan and silver heels, while Spencer opted for a dark suit.
